Three beautifully appointed bedrooms each feature a queen bed, comfortably accommodating up to six guests. Wide hallways and spacious rooms provide a sense of openness rarely found in newer homes.
At the heart of the home is the large kitchen and dining area, where you'll find everything needed for cooking and entertaining during your stay. The full-sized kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, cooktop, microwave and ample bench space, while the dining table creates the perfect setting for shared meals, planning your day or working remotely.
The separate living room provides a comfortable space to unwind after a day exploring Adelaide, with ducted heating and cooling throughout ensuring year-round comfort.

Guest Access:
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire home, including the private courtyard, backyard and driveway parking area.
Please note that the garage is locked and reserved for the owner's personal storage. Guests do not have access to the garage during their stay.
Off-street parking is available for one vehicle in the private driveway directly in front of the garage, which is visible in the listing photos.
The Neighborhood:

Positioned within the sought-after suburb of Goodwood, you'll find yourself surrounded by leafy streets, character homes, local cafés and some of Adelaide's favourite neighbourhood spots. The nearby park provides a wonderful place for a morning walk, family picnic or evening stroll, while local favourites including Hello Neighbour, Melt and the King William Road café precinct are all within easy reach. The owner has also highlighted the area's excellent access to walking paths, local amenities and public transport.
Casa Luna is also ideally positioned for guests attending events at the Adelaide Showground. Located just a short drive away, the property offers a convenient base for major exhibitions, sporting events, conferences, markets and the annual Royal Adelaide Show.
With Adelaide CBD, Glenelg Beach and many of the city's major attractions nearby, Goodwood provides the perfect central base for exploring Adelaide.

The nearby tram provides direct access to both Adelaide CBD and Glenelg Beach, making it easy to leave the car behind. Buses, rideshare services and taxis are also readily available, while those travelling by car can reach the city centre in around 10 minutes.

• The property is located within a quiet residential neighbourhood and is not suitable for parties or events.
• Bin Collection: We have a bin contractor who needs to have access to the bins from the driveway. They will put the bins out on a Monday or Tuesday ready for collection every fortnight.
Pet-Friendly Stays
• Approved outdoor pets only. Pets are not permitted inside the home.
• A pet fee applies and pets must be added to your booking prior to arrival.
• Guests must provide their own pet bedding, bowls and supplies.
• The secure backyard includes a lawn area and covered courtyard suitable for outdoor pets.
• Pets should not be left unattended or unmonitored for extended periods of time. Guests should always ensure their pets are comfortable, well supervised and do not cause disturbance to neighbours or damage to the property.
• Guests are responsible for cleaning up all pet waste and pet-related mess during their stay and prior to departure.
• Additional cleaning, damage, waste removal or odour treatment resulting from pets may incur additional charges.
