This single-level home opens into a light-filled, stress-free stay where everything is arranged for easy, everyday comfort. Step into the living area where two soft sofas, a sound system and a small collection of books offer an easy place to unwind, whether you’re watching a movie, reading, or cooling off after a day by the coast.
The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for simple cooking—modern appliances such as a gas cooktop, oven, air fryer and Nespresso machine, generous bench space, and all the basics at hand. The timber dining table is ideal for shared meals and also makes a convenient spot to plan the day.
On sunny days, wander out to the shaded deck where an eight-seater dining table and gas BBQ set the scene for relaxed alfresco meals. Under the shade sail, it becomes a breezy spot to slow down, with the surrounding greenery giving the backyard a tucked-away feel.
When you’re ready to slow down, the bedrooms offer a gentle, quiet break from the day. The primary bedroom features a king bed and an ensuite with a walk-in shower for added convenience. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, while the third, with its king single and trundle, gives flexibility for kids or mixed groups. A central bathroom with a deep bathtub offers a place to reset, and the combination washer/dryer machine makes longer stays or family trips feel much easier.

For stays longer than 21 nights, an additional cleaning fee will apply. Please note: the BBQ must be cleaned and returned to the condition it was in upon your arrival. If not, an additional cleaning fee of $60 will be charged after check-out.
