The lounge /dining room features a smart TV, set up with Netflix, dining table and chairs to seat 6 guests and also opens to a covered patio perfect for al fresco entertaining.

Sit outdoor, relax and enjoy a BBQ with the gas BBQ provided.

Downstairs also features a separate powder room with toilet and hand basin.

Separate Laundry with washing machine. A clothes dryer is located outside under cover near the garage.

Upstairs are three large bedrooms, with flat screen TV's in each room.
