This character home set atop the cliffs at Port Noarlunga is walking distance to cafes, shops and beach access.

With bedrooms downstairs and living space upstairs, opening out to the spacious balcony, where you can sit and enjoy a the sunset with a meal or a drink. A second balcony over looks the spacious backyard and has views of the foothills.

You can relax upstairs by the gas fire, while the kids play downstairs in the separate kids retreat.

Both bathrooms have full sized baths and separate showers.

The kitchen is fully equipped with gas cook top, double oven, microwave and all utensils. There is also a BBQ on the back deck.
