“Beachfront” at Somerton Park is located in a lovely exclusive section of the Esplanade but close enough to all the facilities and restaurants that Glenelg has to offer. The property is an Art Deco style townhouse that offers 4 bedrooms upstairs with kitchen and living downstairs opening onto a beachside balcony. The generous sized master bedroom has amazing water views along with glass opening doors to top balcony. The second bedroom has panoramic views on 3 sides looking up and down the esplanade. The other 2 bedrooms are of generous size and all rooms have built in robes, and air-conditioned.
