The Space:
Master bedroom, queen bed, walk in wardrobe, ensuite with shower and deep bath.
2nd bedroom queen bed with built in robes. 2nd large bathroom with toilet and shower upstairs opposite second bedroom.
3rd bedroom, upstairs, single bed. Hanging space for clothes.
Downstairs, study nook with desk, full kitchen, dining and lounge with TV and Chromecast so you can watch where you left off!
Downstairs also, full laundry and toilet. Sliding doors lead to fenced off back yard with seating.
Our home is centrally located and close to many attractions. Gateway to the Barossa valley. 8kms from the city with excellent public transport just a 2 minute walk. A 5 minute walk takes you to restaurants, cafes and supermarket.
Guest Access:
Our garage is not available for guest use however, there is free off street parking in front of our garage. Also, free street parking.
Getting Around:
A 2 minute walk takes you to the bus stop that talked you to the city.

Damage Deposit -
By booking our property you are agreeing to pay a $500 damage bond, this will be charged to the payment method you submit for your booking. A 2.5% CC fee will be added to the charge and will not be refunded. After you checkout please send us your bank details and we will direct deposit the $500 back, permitting no damage has been made.
Check in form -
By booking our property you are agreeing to filling in our checkin form is sent out to all guests upon booking confirmation. Guests are required to submit a form of government identification (passport, drivers license, proof of age), and information about their stay. Failure to fill in our check in form will result in check in details not being sent out.
