Functions, Parties and Events Strictly Controlled
Under no circumstances are parties, events, functions, or gatherings of any kind permitted at this property without prior written approval from the Host.
We are happy to consider and approve functions; however, full details must be provided in advance, including (but not limited to) the nature of the event, number of attendees, timing, noise management, and any external services involved. Approval is granted solely at the Host"s discretion and is conditional upon strict adherence to all specific terms, conditions, pricing, and house rules applicable to holding a function at the property.
Any unauthorised function or failure to comply with the approved terms will be treated as a serious breach of house rules and may result in immediate cancellation without refund, removal of guests, and additional charges for extra guests, cleaning, damages, or neighbour complaints.
This policy is strictly enforced to meet insurance, council, and neighbour requirements.
