With a raised position on the Lower Esplanade, this property offers spectacular views from the living room, main bedroom, veranda and front lawn area. Unlike most esplanade properties, the elevated position means the road is not visible. The view is straight out over the ocean without the road and vehicles interrupting the view. It is simply stunning.
This comfortable, beautifully decorated beach house offers the chance for complete relaxation with easy access to the beach directly in front. A range of dining options, including Pearl Restaurant and the Silver Sands Beach Club are a short walk along the beach for coffee, cocktails or meals, with Snapper Point within easy reach for dine-in or take-away. The property also provides access to the renowned Aldinga
Scrub Conservation Park, where you can see wallabies and kangaroos in their natural habitat. You might even see an echidna.
Perfect for singles or couples, this compact property offers two bedrooms, a newly renovated bathroom (with washing machine), kitchen/living area with dining table and lounge. There is also an enclosed back garden that is secure for pets. At the front is an outdoor dining table under a pergola with adjustable shade blinds. Spectacular sunsets over the sea to the west are common, with constantly changing cloud and weather formations and dolphin sightings at many times of year.
Ducted reverse-cycle air conditioning makes the property a cosy retreat in all seasons. Relax on the beach or at home, taking in the view, or exploring the many sights the Fleurieu Peninsula has to offer, including:

Like all Pet Let properties cleanliness is very important, and we take extra care to ensure that the property is kept fresh and welcoming.
Extra Guest Charge:
Our standard rate is for 2 guests only. Please note that an additional fee will apply $30 per person per night in excess of 2 guests.
Note: If an extra guest after 2 is staying for 1 night only, it's $60 for 1 night.
You have booked the property for a certain number of people (as specified on your booking). If you would like to have extra guests stay at any time, please contact us in advance. We will advise if this is possible and, if so, the additional cost.
Our cleaners plan their daily schedule for the number of guests booked in at each property. If undeclared guests stay, the rate charged retrospectively will be double the standard rate.
