Grange is a coastal suburb of Adelaide, located 12km west from the Adelaide CBD and approx 15 minutes from Adelaide Airport. It is well known for its tranquil beaches, picturesque sunsets and beach side lifestyle as well as unique retail along Jetty Street and Grange Road.
In addition to Grange Beach, the suburb has green parks and reserves, and an internationally rated 18 hole golf course. The historic Grange Hotel and Grange Jetty were both established circa 1880.

Glenelg beach is approx 15mins drive, and Henley within walking distance.
Grange is serviced by train and bus, both running to Adelaide CBD. Only 5 minutes walk or approx 350m from Grange View to the train station or bus stop.
If driving from Adelaide Airport the best route is via Tapleys Hill Rd and Grange Rd, approx 8km. An alternative route is via Sir Donald Bradman Drive and Seaview Rd. If coming from the CBD the best route is via Port Rd to Grange Rd.
The property has 1 off street car park allocated for Grange View. Unrestricted parking is also available on Seaview Rd and in the free public carpark adjacent to the beach and jetty (directly opposite Grange View).
Note that access to the entry door (keyless) is via one flight of external stairs.
