One is our family home, the other we run as an short term rental - combined they are are great solution for a large family, group of friends or team trip!

Our home has a spacious kitchen featuring a large supply of high quality plates & glasses, large fridge and storage spaces, blender and great coffee machine. The adjacent private courtyard seats 8 and opens onto the dining room, which also seats 8 - perfect for up to 16!

The courtyard includes a new lounge suite plus electronic pergola and blinds to provide either shade, sun or protection from the rain.

The lounge has seating for 8 plus a 75" 4K Samsung Smart TV and premium European speakers connected to a PS4 & Chromecast - all of which access Netflix and Stan accounts you can use.

Both houses have reverse cycle air conditioning share a single wi-fi "mesh" throughout. Our home has smart lighting (with 16 million colours!) in the lounge and courtyard.

The bathrooms in our house are like new and feature electronically controlled water temperature - the primary bathroom is large and includes a spa bath.

Virtually all beds feature relatively new mattresses and all will be set up with quality sheets and towels.

Our house has a double garage with private rear lane way access and the second house has a single garage off the same private lane way.

Help yourself to the laundry facilities in both homes, which are all very new and complemented by 2 clothes lines out of the way of the entertaining spaces.

The second house is just 2 metres away via the private lane way and/or internal courtyard gate.

It has a bright modern feel and features:

- 3 upstairs bedrooms with new mattresses, bedding, furniture, mirrors, lamps, blackout curtains and clocks;
- 2 toilets - one upstairs and one downstairs;
- one bathroom with shower and bath;
- 70 inch TV with an Apple TV offering complementary Netflix accounts and Bluetooth stereo;
- Well appointed kitchen with new plates, glasses, cutlery, cookware, oven, microwave and coffee machine; and
- Shady courtyard with a new outdoor furniture setting.

We have lots of Play Station 4 games and you can hire our Virtual Reality headset for a small additional fee!

We also provide lots of board games, toys and a cot on request and include an information sheet offering tips on how to best enjoy Adelaide and use the free bus, bikes and trams nearby.

Guest access - There is front and rear access to the property including space for 3 cars via a private lane way.
