This is a maisonette (two houses under one main roof). The main bedroom has a queen and a double bed. The second bedroom has a double with a single bunk over it and a standard single bunk sleeping up to 9 people.

Pet friendly with a small side yard surrounded by high fences, also the front yard is surrounded by a 1920's heritage fence, so your pets have double security.

It has an undercover entertaining area with BBQ facilities overlooking the Avenue. Parking is off-street directly in front of the accommodation. If your bringing the kids there is a magnificent newly built playground behind the tennis courts on the avenue and an oval for the kids and your doggies to run or kick a ball.
